For customers in Russia: Due to additional logistics costs, taxes, and duties, orders to Russia will be subject to a surcharge of 100€.

Countries with Shipping Restrictions: We’re truly sorry, but due to international sanctions and current shipping restrictions, we’re unable to deliver orders to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus at this time. It breaks our heart not to reach you, because we created these talismans with people like you in mind. 5. Numerology Readings
If you have purchased a numerology reading, the personalized PDF report will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Time: The numerology reading will be sent within 3-5 working days.
Email Responsibility: Please ensure that the email address provided is correct, as Numegy is not responsible for undelivered readings due to incorrect email information.
6. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Numegy is not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Processing Fee: A processing fee of 3.5% may be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the refund.
Bank Fees: Bank fees incurred during the refund transfer to the customer’s account will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible.

If a return is required, the cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility.
